Good to know

Frequently asked questions.

What do the $25 and $35 prices include?+

$25 covers personalizing an existing gallery design. A completely custom design created from scratch is $35. Both include a watermarked proof and final high-resolution digital files after approval and payment. Printing is separate.

How quickly will I receive my design?+

Gallery personalizations are typically ready for review within 24–48 hours. Turnaround for completely custom designs is confirmed after discussing the request.

Can I request a design that isn’t in the gallery?+

Absolutely. Completely custom designs created from scratch start at $35 and can be made for military milestones, homecomings, birthdays, retirements, holidays, and other celebrations.

Are these signs allowed at military ceremonies?+

Do not assume they are. Navy RTC Great Lakes does not allow posters, signs, or banners inside PIR, so Navy boot camp designs are for after-PIR celebration and photo moments only. Marine designs are positioned for Family Day or post-graduation celebration and photo moments outside restricted ceremonies. Army policies vary by installation and event. Always confirm the current policy before bringing a sign onto a military installation or to any ceremony.

What size can I print?+

The standard design is prepared for a 20 × 30 inch poster. Ask about another size when ordering so the file can be prepared correctly.

Will I see the design before it is final?+

Yes. You’ll receive a proof to review before the final high-resolution files are delivered.
